great pics, have you thought about tagging them so that people looking for photos or people interested in performance might be able to find them? Also, have a look at adding some of the pics to a flickr group like
http://www.flickr.com/groups/musicals/
and then you can look at the work of other people in the theatre, and perhaps network and find contacts!
